NOW OFFERING EVENING CLASSES!
The 900-Hour Barber Styling Program is designed to supply theory, lab and hands-on practice experiences that provide all of the skill sets of the Barber. Students will learn state law that governs barbering, sterilization, concepts in color theory, hair design, hair cutting and styling, shaving and trims, and other important aspects of hair and facial care for barbers.
The 600-Hour Restricted Barber Styling Program prepares students to pass the examination for restricted licensure and will learn to perform the same services as an unrestricted license, EXCEPT for chemical services. Students will learn Florida laws and rules, safety, sanitation, sterilization, hair structure, cutting, cleansing, shaving, and beard and mustache trimming.
Admissions:
Applicants must fill out an application and have a personal interview with an Admissions representative to evaluate the applicant’s qualifications and aptitudes to pursue a barber career. You can download the Application for Admissions below. Come in or call to schedule your interview today.
Student Catalog:
Applicants must read the student catalog before signing an Enrollment Agreement. The student catalog has all of the information regarding the school policies, programs, and fees. Please download and read the Student Catalog below.
Enrollment:
Enrollment shall take place at least two weeks before the start of the class date. Applications for enrollment must be turned in one week before the class session begins. Classes begin on the second Monday of every month.
Full-Time: 6.5 months/Part-time: 9 months to complete the program with a minimum of 100 hours monthly.
To be paid at Admissions interview.
Milady Standard Barbering 6th Edition textbook & workbook and student barber kit that includes student barber jacket, cape, clippers, trimmers, scissors, thinning shears, neck strips, combs, clips, brush, hair pick, sanitation jar, spray bottles, straight razor, razor blades, and dye tint kit.
Students have the option of paying the tuition in full upon enrollment, or in installments as agreed upon with the Administrative Office. Students receive a copy of the Enrollment Agreement, which states the dates and number of installments. The first installment payment is due at enrollment.
THE SCHOOL WILL CHARGE ADDITIONAL TUITION FOR HOURS REMAINING AFTER THE PROJECTED GRADUATION DATE ON THE ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT AT THE RATE OF $10.00 PER HOUR UNTIL COMPLETION.

Full-time students are required to complete a minimum of 35 hours per week. Schedules are flexible within the hours that the school is open. Schedules are set at the time of enrollment with the school, and we require students to attend those hours and follow their schedules until program completion.
Part-time students are required to complete a minimum of 25 hours per week and must attend at least two days beginning at 9 am. Schedules are flexible within the hours that the school is open. Schedules are set at the time of enrollment with the school, and we require students to attend those hours and follow their schedules until program completion.
Evening students must complete a minimum of 12 hours per week, with classes held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Students are expected to attend these sessions consistently throughout the duration of the program.
